RESERVATIONS
We require your credit card details to guarantee all reservations. We will not charge your credit card until departure but will require a swipe of the credit card upon arrival. When your booking is complete, you will be issued a confirmation number. Please bring this confirmation number with you when you check-in. The persons named in a booking must be the persons who actually will be staying.
CANCELLATIONS
If cancelled up to 2pm 1 day prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled after 2pm 1 day prior to the date of arrival, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation booking will be charged.
